Sycamore Student Ministry is the Student Ministry of First United Methodist Church in Artesia New Mexico. Our name comes from the story in Luke 19 about Zacchaeus and the Sycamore tree he climbed. There are 4 Foundational Truths we find in this story 1. God is at Work 2. We are small 3. We Need A Clear View of God 4. We are Wanted We are all sinners in need of a Savior and just as God called out to Zacchaeus where he was, so He calls us to relationship with Him right where we are.
